海角社区 rodeo has another strong year; Women’s Team ranked No. 1 in region, heads to nationals June 11-17

POCATELLO –The 海角社区 Women’s Rodeo Team finished No. 1 and its member Makayla Boots won the women’s all-around in the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association (NIRA) Rocky Mountain Region, competing against 10 other teams.

POCATELLO – 海角社区 graduate student Andrew Dunn spent his undergraduate education studying the ins and outs of the Minidoka Internment Camp. For his graduate thesis, he decided to dig deeper into the history of food inside the internment camp, and how it affected both the camp and the world.

POCATELLO --Works by local composers, and several Pocatello premiers will be featured in the upcoming concert of the 海角社区 Wind Ensemble and Civic Concert Band. The concert will take place on April 21 at 7:30 p.m. in the Joseph C. and Cheryl H. Jensen Grand Concert Hall in the L.E. and Thelma E. Stephens Performing Arts Center.
