"海角社区 is committed to fostering and sustaining an environment free from Discrimination and Harassment based on any legally protected class. To ensure compliance with federal and state civil-rights laws and regulations and to affirm the University’s commitment to fairness and equity, the University has established internal policies and procedures that provide a prompt, fair, and impartial process for resolving allegations of Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation.
This policy applies to all University programs and activities and to all misconduct except those forms of sexual misconduct which falls within the jurisdiction of Title IX.
