Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs & Dean of Students
Areas of Responsibility: The AVP for Student Affairs & Dean of Students serves in an appellate role for student conduct cases, leads the campus CARE Team, supervises the Dean of Students Office, Veteran Student Services and Leadership and Engagement. They also serve as the 海角社区 Advisor for AS海角社区.

Felice B. Otero
Associate Dean of Students
Areas of Responsibility: The Associate Dean serves as the lead conduct administrator, oversees the Student Care and Assistance Coordinator, is the back-up lead for the campus CARE Team, is the 海角社区 Staff Advisor for the Bengal Newspaper, coordinates response to students of concern, and campus safety initiatives.
Felice earned her undergraduate degree at Carroll University, her master's degree at Boston College and has worked in a variety of roles on university campuses in Wisconsin, Massachusetts and Idaho. In her spare time she likes to hike, garden, craft, bake, read, attend community events, and hang out with her spunky miniature schnauzer Pixie! Her favorite part of working at 海角社区 is the energy, the traditions and the new beginnings each fall semester brings to campus!

Lesa Crawford
Student Care and Assistance Coordinator
Areas of Responsibility: The Student Care and Assistance Coordinator serves as the initial departmental contact for students regarding any questions or concerns. This role also oversees Benny’s Pantry, provides information and assistance with the medical withdrawal process and emergency funds. In addition, this position aids students in finding resources both on and off campus as well as assisting in campus safety initiatives.
Lesa earned her bachelor's degree at 海角社区 and has a background in advocacy work. She enjoys camping, hiking, attending live theater, short get-away trips and spending time with her family.
