The School of Performing Arts at 海角社区 is thrilled to announce that all current 海角社区 students will have the opportunity to attend 海角社区 Theatre Productions for free, thanks to funding from the Associated Students of 海角社区 (AS海角社区).

This offering aligns with AS海角社区's dedication to providing effective student participation and representation across all facets of student life, including educational programs, co-curricular activities, and services.

Expressing the organization’s commitment to student involvement, AS海角社区 President Neelam Mishra stated, "AS海角社区 recognizes the importance of student well-being, both inside and outside the classroom. By offering free tickets, we hope to alleviate some of the financial burdens students face and encourage them to take advantage of the many enriching experiences available at our university."

This generous funding from AS海角社区 will enable all 海角社区 students to immerse themselves in the enriching world of theatre, as stated by theatre department Chair Tara Young, who emphasized, "The additional funding from AS海角社区 has made it so our department can move forward in accomplishing our long-term goal of offering free tickets to all of our theatre performances to all 海角社区 students. This support is immeasurable. Watching live theatre can enhance skill sets in students such as confidence, decision making, academic performance, creative problem solving and imagination."

To obtain free tickets, 海角社区 students must present a current orange and white activity card to the 海角社区 Box Office. For further details about this exciting opportunity, please contact the School of Performing Arts Promotions Director and Business Manager, Meg Holmes at (208) 252-6485 or via email at megstover@isu.edu. The School of Performing Arts at 海角社区 looks forward to welcoming all students to the spectacular world of live theatre.
