Emergency Change:  Changes to 海角社区PP 3100 have recently become necessary due to new court interpretations of Title IX laws. These changes broaden what evidence is admissible in Title IX hearings. It is widely believed that these changes enhance victim rights. 海角社区PP 3100 went through an emergency change process to immediately bring it in alignment with new court interpretations.  A full policy change process will take place in coming months as required by 海角社区PP 1010.
