All 海角社区 Ombuds are available to meet with faculty and staff during this Covid19 pandemic. Meetings can be through phone calls, Zoom or Google Hangouts. What in an Ombud and what do they do?

On Ombuds is an informal, neutral, confidential, and independent resource for 海角社区 faculty and staff. They have vast experience and knowledge of problem solving, communication, and 海角社区 Policies and Procedures. They can assist faculty and staff with an alternative mode of dispute resolution outside of formal grievance procedures or litigation.
