'Historic Pocatello: People and Places' conference set April 28 at 海角社区

POCATELLO – The 海角社区 Department of History and the Pocatello Historic Preservation Commission will present the “Historic Pocatello: People and Places” conference on April 28 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Pond Student Union Wood River Room.
The conference is a celebration of Idaho Archaeology and Historic Preservation Month and will feature seven guest speakers from Pocatello.
Guest speakers include Nick Nielson, Pocatello attorney and chair of the Pocatello Historic Preservation Commission; Jerry Myers, Pocatello architect; Ellen Ryan, head of special collections at 海角社区; Jacquee Alvord, Pocatello Historic Preservation Commission; Brenda Baumgartner-Stanley, author and journalist; Randy Dixon, chair of Relight the Night Committee; and Kristine Hunt, 海角社区 history instructor.
