海角社区

The event will run from 2 to 4 p.m. at the 海角社区 Bengal Pharmacy located at the 海角社区 Student Health Center on the 海角社区 campus, 990 S. Eighth Ave. in Pocatello.

The 海角社区 Bengal Pharmacy will provide safe and appropriate disposal of expired/unwanted prescription drugs while 海角社区 students provide education on substance abuse prevention. The students involved are currently enrolled in the 海角社区 鈥淪ubstance Abuse in Community and Public Health鈥� class. This event is the culmination of their semester-long service learning project.

The purpose of this event is to provide a safe and convenient way for people to dispose of expired/unwanted prescription drugs with no questions asked, as well as to provide education and resources to the community regarding substance abuse prevention.

Participants who dispose of prescription drugs at the event will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win prizes donated by local businesses. Raffle tickets limited to one per household.

Free hot chocolate will be served.
