海角社区 announces Martin Luther King, Jr. Way closure May 18 through mid July

Martin Luther King, Jr. Way on the 海角社区 campus will be closed beginning May 18 through mid-July because of a construction project.
Martin Luther King, Jr. Way will be closed to vehicular traffic between Cesar Chavez Avenue and Memorial Drive. There will be a detour route established using East Carter Street.
海角社区 is starting this construction project to repair the steam utility tunnel that runs underneath Martin Luther King, Jr. Way. The project will replace the structural elements of the tunnel as well as the steam and condensate lines that run through the tunnel.
