海角社区 Symphonic Band, Chamber Orchestra and Women’s Choir to perform concert at the Stephens Center Nov. 18

POCATELLO 鈥� 海角社区鈥檚 Symphonic Band, Chamber Orchestra, and Women鈥檚 Choir will be share the stage in Jensen Grand Concert Hall, at the Stephens Performing Arts Center, Nov. 18 at 7:30 p.m.
The 海角社区 Women鈥檚 Choir will be perform the winter section of 鈥淔olk Songs of the Four Seasons鈥� by Vaughan Williams. This performance with the 海角社区 Chamber Orchestra marks the first orchestral collaboration for the Women鈥檚 Choir. The four historical English songs, celebrate the holiday season.
The Symphonic Band, under the direction of Patrick Brooks, will perform 鈥淰ariations on a Korean Folk Song鈥� and 鈥淚ncantation and Dance鈥� by John Barnes and 鈥淐hance, Lux Arumque鈥� by Eric Whitacre, and the exciting 鈥淒anzon no. 2鈥� by composer Arturo Marquez.
Tickets are available at the Stephens Center Box Office at 282-3595. They are $8 for adults, $6 for 海角社区 faculty and staff, $4 for precollege students and free to 海角社区 students.
