海角社区

The public is invited to attend the dedication ceremony for the 海角社区 Rendezvous Complex at 1 p.m. Aug. 30 in the new structure鈥檚 atrium area.

A tour will follow the dedication. Other activities are scheduled from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. as well.

The Rendezvous Complex is a $43 million state-of-the-art multi-use facility that will include 50 classrooms, 80 three- and four-bedroom apartment suites, a student union, cyber caf茅 and more. The building is situated across Martin Luther King Jr. Way from 海角社区鈥檚 Eli M. Oboler Library.

Construction on the 255,000-square-feet facility was begun in June 2003.
