海角社区

海角社区 International Night 2006, featuring ethnic food and entertainment prepared and performed by 海角社区 international students, will be held at 6 p.m. Oct. 7 in the Pond Student Union Building Ballroom.

海角社区 currently enrolls 347 students from 65 countries this fall and many of them will be involved in presenting this evening of food and entertainment. Students will prepare food from Albania, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Bulgaria, Japan, Nepal and Brazil.

Entertainment will consist of a flag parade, fashion show, belly dancing, Latin dances, Nepalese band, skit, Chinese recitation, flute and piano music from Ireland, and more.

Tickets prices the day of the event are $6 for K-12 and University students, $8 for 海角社区 faculty and staff and $10 for the general public. Ticket prices are one dollar off if purchased in advance in the 海角社区 PSUB foyer from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.
