海角社区 Boise Center To Honor Graduates May 9

Boise - Fifty-five graduates will be honored during the 海角社区 Boise Center commencement ceremony scheduled to begin 3 p.m. May 9 at Hillcrest Country Club. The 海角社区 Boise Center enrolls about 240 students in upper division and
graduate programs in fast track nursing, clinical laboratory science, paramedic, mental health, marriage and family counseling, athletic administration, public health, speech-language pathology, educational interpreting, geology, and dietetics. The College of Pharmacy operates a program in Boise for fourth-year students. The ceremony marks the first graduating class for three programs - paramedic will graduate six students; clinical laboratory science, eight, and dietetics, two. Commencement speaker will be Dr. Jonathan Lawson, 海角社区 vice president for academic affairs.
The 海角社区 Boise Center was created in 1988 in response to the unique educational needs of working professionals in the Treasure Valley. Today the Boise Center, located at 12301 W. Explorer Drive, covers more than 21,000 square feet that house classrooms, six distance learning rooms, a computer lab, clinical lab science, and therapy clinics for speech-language pathology and counseling.
